The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xhwide1 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same person.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

Involvement in any of the above activities gives xhwide1 the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any associated balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Xhwide1 may temporarily or permanently suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• You wish to close your account voluntarily (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time at your own discretion. Any valid balance in your account can be withdrawn, but bonus balances will not be refunded.
